Many Cypress Creek homeowners suffered damage from the hail storm on March 25th, including damage to roofs. As many homeowners are currently in the process of arranging for roof repairs and replacements, the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) would like to remind homeowners that any change to the external appearance of your home requires prior ACC approval. This includes, for example, selection of a different color shingle for your roof.
Failure to obtain prior approval from the ACC exposes you, the homeowner, to significant financial risk, as you will be required to remedy any ACC violations at your own expense. If in doubt, please play it safe, and file an ACC request. The process is simple, and the ACC is making every effort to expedite the process in light of the high demand at this time.
